Call for Content & Working Group Volunteers: Scottish AI Summit 2023

Community, Economy, Technology

After its successful inaugural outing in Edinburgh and online in March 2022, the Scottish AI Summit will take place at the University of Strathclyde’s Technology & Innovation Centre in Glasgow and online on 28- 29 March 2023!

The overall theme for the event will align with the Scottish AI Alliance’s key values of trustworthy, ethical and inclusive AI. For 2023, we will also be introducing three themed tracks:

  • COMMUNITY

  • ECONOMY

  • TECHNOLOGY

And once again we want to collaborate with the Scottish AI sector to ensure that we showcase all the fantastic AI activity happening in Scotland and provide an opportunity for everyone to get involved in discussions around the key topics in the area.

We want to make sure that the Summit includes sessions that YOU want to see and take part in.

How to get involved

All parallel sessions at the Summit will be aligned with the three themed tracks stated above and will be selected from of proposals submitted by the Scottish AI community and reviewed/curated by a volunteer working groups.

Therefore, we are opening a call for content and also for volunteers to join the working groups!

Call for content

Call for Working Group Volunteers

We are looking for subject matter experts who are involved in, or familiar with, the Scottish AI ecosystem and would like to help us shape the content of the Summit. There will be three working groups (one for each of the themes COMMUNITY – ECONOMY – TECHNOLOGY) and members will individually review the submissions and as a group decide which to take forward for the final programme (under the guidance of a working group chair).
