With over 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Victoria is a serial entrepreneur, educator, and board member with a passion for responsible tourism and sustainable business practices. Victoria owns and manage several tourism ventures, including the Glen Mhor Hotel & Apartments and Uile-Bheist Distillery and Brewery, both of which emphasise sustainability and community engagement. As the founder of The South African Children’s Charitable Trust, Victoria supports educational and empowerment initiatives for orphaned and vulnerable children in South Africa.

Her commitment to responsible tourism is reflected in the award-winning energy solutions at the Glen Mhor and the work-based training programs she’s developed for staff and local special schools. Victoria is driven by a passion for innovation and collaboration, aiming to create positive change both within my industry and beyond.

In addition to my entrepreneurial work, Victoria has been serving as a co-opted board member at Skills Development Scotland since June 2023. In March 2024, she was honored to be elected Co-Chair of Visit Inverness Loch Ness, and in January 2025, she was appointed Chair of UHI Inverness. Victoria is excited to bring together my passions for education and business to help support regional skills development and growth.
