We’re incredibly excited to announce the third annual Scottish AI Summit! We’ll be at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh on the 28th of March to showcase Scotland’s leading role in the development of trustworthy, ethical, and inclusive AI.

It is through the lens of these three tenets that the Scottish AI Alliance have set the provocations that ask the who, what, where, when and why of AI.

Our 2024 programme has been curated from YOUR responses to these provocations:

  • Who should regulate AI?

  • What steps can we take to prevent AI discrimination?

  • Where are the diverse voices in AI?

  • When will we trust AI?

  • Why should we care about the ethics of AI?

We’ll have insightful plenary sessions from Oyidiya Oji (European Network Against Racism), Rachel Coldicutt (Careful Industries/Promising Trouble), and our children in AI project, followed by a series of fascinating workshops and panel discussions:
